1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a tracking email once your order has shipped.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer United States Shipping. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your item is scanned by the carrier.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories

  • Most international destinations

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact support for assistance.

5. Order Changes & Address Errors

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@shopgoodkarma.com.

  • We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped yet.

  • Once an order is dispatched, we cannot reroute or cancel it.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are committed to helping you receive your order safely.

  • If your package is lost or shows delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days.

  • If your items arrive damaged or defective, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assist with replacements or claims on a case-by-case basis.
