✿ Returns Policy
We want you to feel the good karma in every package — but if something doesn’t vibe with you, we’re here to help.
➤ We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging
- You must contact us at hello@shopgoodkarmaco.com within 7 days of receiving your item
Please note:
- Crystals, spiritual tools, sale items, and “Extra Loved” (imperfect) items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method (please allow 5–7 business days for processing).

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right!
Please email hello@shopgoodkarma.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 3 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to:
- Offer a refund
- Replace the item (if available)
- Issue store credit
Note: We cannot offer refunds for:
- Crystals with natural inclusions, lines, or minor imperfections (these are part of their beauty!)
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
✿ Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
