1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a tracking email once your order has shipped.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer United States Shipping. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your item is scanned by the carrier.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All U.S. states and territories
- Most international destinations
If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact support for assistance.
5. Order Changes & Address Errors
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@shopgoodkarma.com.
- We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped yet.
- Once an order is dispatched, we cannot reroute or cancel it.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are committed to helping you receive your order safely.
- If your package is lost or shows delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days.
- If your items arrive damaged or defective, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist with replacements or claims on a case-by-case basis.
7. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items (If applicable)
Some items may have extended processing times.

8. Holiday Shipping Delays
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing and shipping times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

✿ Returns Policy
We want you to feel the good karma in every package — but if something doesn’t vibe with you, we’re here to help.
➤ We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging
- You must contact us at hello@shopgoodkarmaco.com within 7 days of receiving your item
Please note:
- Crystals, spiritual tools, sale items, and “Extra Loved” (imperfect) items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method (please allow 5–7 business days for processing).

Note: We cannot offer refunds for:
- Crystals with natural inclusions, lines, or minor imperfections (these are part of their beauty!)
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
